Nick pretty much fell asleep in the ladder while watching Baccus. He was one tired little boy!

More Mardi Gras Parading!

Sunday afternoon/evening, and more parades! This time we got both boys into the ladder. Ben does not like climbing up and in. Nick, on the other hand, would do nothing but climb in and out all day long, if you let him. The boys had fun watching Bacchus. The theme was children's stories, so the floats were pretty awesome.

After church on Sunday, the boys wanted to take their pictures with the statues in the courtyard. I had my phone with me so I obliged. So ridiculous...

An Early Birthday Celebration

We had an early birthday celebration for Nick with a doberge cake - yum yum!!

The Post Parade Crash

And with hard parading, comes some hard crashing! We got stuck in traffic for about 40 minutes on the way home, which was good timing for naps. Unfortunately, Nick fell asleep with his hand in a bag of snack mix with chocolate chips...that was fun to clean up.
