After the big haul of pumpkins, we carved them up on Halloween eve. I think this was the first time we ever carved pumpkins. In the past I just let them paint them. And they did all the carving themselves! I cut the tops off but after that, it was all them. They de-gutted them, drew out their designs and carved them. AND...no knives were broken in the process!
