Sitting Like Such a Little Gentleman

This is really funny to me. When I feed Ben, I always cross my leg and rest it on his chair. One day, Ben started doing the same thing! Whenever he sits in his high chair, he always crosses his left leg, mirroring my posture! Sometimes he kicks it up a notch and sits indian style

Here, Let Me Help You With That

Ben was being thoughtful and helping DSack and Rachel remodel their kitchen with tupperware.

Row Row Row Your Boat

We went to see DSack and Rachel yesterday in Medina. DSack took us to his very large shooting club where they have a pond with row boats.

Where the Wild Things Are

In the pack n' play where they belong! With Monster as their overseer.

My Blankie

Ben loves his blankie. He gets so excited when he sees it. He bunches it up and buries his head in it. When he falls asleep, he bunches it under his belly and lays on top of it.

Helping Out Around The Kitchen

In Ben's quest to discover what is in every single cupboard and drawer in the house, he came upon the tupperware drawer. He had quite a bit of fun pulling things out and even put stuff back in the drawer! After today, the tupperware drawer is the only one he can open...Poor Ben has been locked out of every drawer and cupboard in the house now.

Watch Out Monster

He's coming after your stuff! Ben is facinated with Monster's toys and took it upon himself to climb into her toy basket to find the best ones of the bunch.

The Ladybug and the Elkhound

Miss Cameryn (the ladybug) came over for a Halloween playdate. She was adorable in her ladybug costume (note the red and black tights). She and Ben played for a bit and then we went for a walk on such a nice day.

Awww, holding hands (or both going for the same speck of fuzz on the floor)
Look at that pretty ladybug with the big blue eyes!
Ben was facinated with the 'antennae' on Cameryn's costume. And no, he wasn't really pushing her, though we do need to work on our 'gentle'. These two together are going to be a force of nature for Miss Sharon in the very near future!

Who's That Little Elkhound?!

Ben is his favorite doggy for Halloween! Grandma B made him his little Elkhound costume. It's pretty darn cute. Check out the awesome tail!

Creepcakes

These are some cupcakes I made for Halloween parties.

Look at All These Tasty Leaves!

Stop Barking, Monster

Listen to Ben after he hear's Monster barking. He is trying to say Monster. Sometimes it comes out better than others, but he definitely associates his 'ra-ra' word with Monster. (By the way, Monster is trying to protect the homestead from the evil lawnmower next door).
