A Walk Through the Swamp

Sarah and I took Nick on a walk through the swamp. We even got to see 2 alligators! 

Oh, Birdie!

The boys finally got to meet Birdie on our trip to New Orleans for fall break. Her first priority - getting the boys as dirty as possible. She is quite the fan of mud. She also likes to clean out ears and cuddle.

Halloween Parade - Ben's Last

The annual Halloween Parade - and Ben's last :(  He walked with his 1st grade buddy. Nick was also in the parade. I think it was the only time he actually wore the mask for his costume.

I am the room mom for Nick's class this year. We had a pretty successful Halloween party thanks to some great moms who helped out!

Visitors From NOLA

Aunt Sarah and Donnie came up to Ohio for a little fall fun. Unfortunately they got to experience Ohio fall weather, which wasn't so great, but we still made the most of it. We saw the lanterns at the zoo and hit up the apple orchard for some apple fritters and northern spy apples

Trunk or Treat
