The second week of school got off to a bit of a rough start for Ben, with two yellow days (it goes green, yellow, red). He was not alone, as most of the boys in the class had the same issues according to the class email that was sent out. So to reign back in, Ben could earn a trip to the zoo if he got all greens for a week. He worked hard and pulled it off, so he got a special, Ben only, trip to the zoo. He got to do whatever he wanted which included feeding the parakeets, finally seeing the baby orangutan (for a brief second), finally getting to see the red pandas, and seeing the bird show, which we had never done before. All around, it was a good day :)
