A Firepit Here, a Firepit There

Adam got some ambition in him and decided to tackle a firepit in the backyard. He bought a kit and it took him a few hours to do. Then...he and John decided to keep up the motivation and did a firepit in the front yard! We not have a 'boys' fireplace and a 'girls' fireplace. We make the kids go back and forth between the two.

Spring Time Sand Box Fun

Nick has gotten to the point of having his own friends over to play without Ben around. Carter and Austin came over to share in the sandbox fun. They are also at the age where they can play really well together!

Training Wheels? We Don't Need No Stink'n Training Wheels!

We decided to take Nick's training wheels off since they seemed to be more of a hinderance than help. And it took him exactly 2.3 seconds to figure out how to ride on 2 wheels. And he was off! Round and round the circle he went!

Glass City Marathon - Run, Girls, Run!

On April 26, I ran in the Glass City Marathon relay with my friend Tiffany and her three friends. Our team was dedicated to Tiffany's dad who passed away in November, Team Lenny. I ran the last leg of the relay, 5.3 miles from Wildwood to UT. I got to see the lead runners go by at the 21 mile mark while waiting for my turn at Wildwood. We finished in exactly 5 hours.
