Wolny Cousins Easter Egg-travaganza

After church and opening Easter baskets at home, we headed to Milan for a Wolny Easter. The Easter bunny also made an appearance in Milan! The boys got some new summer clothes, outdoor games and more chocolate!

Rock'n his $1 hat from the dollar bins at Target! Totally worth $1!

It was a windy easter egg hunt!

So many eggs to find before Ben finds them all!!

Elaina got in on the fun!

The haul!

Little Baby Galapagos Turtles!

Do you remember Emerson, the 100+ year old Galapagos turtle? Well, he has some little relatives - three baby Galapapos turtles, about 1-2 years old! Unlike Emerson who is the size of a kids' Powerwheel, these guys are about the size of my hand. Just think, they will likely outlive all of us!

Did We Mention, The New Aquarium Is Open??

Did I mention the new aquarium is open? In case you missed it...This time we saw the diver feed the fish. It was pretty cool. Ben actually went to the aquarium 3 times in the first 5 days it was open.

The Annual Animal Easter Egg Hunt at the Zoo

As is annual tradition, we headed for the zoo on Good Friday to see the animals get their Easter eggs. We saw the gorillas this year. They were pretty excited! They all rushed in, grabbed a bunch of food and ran to different corners and hiding spots to chow down!

More silly monkeys...

The hippos were enjoying some lazy time on the beach.
