Happy Halloween!

It was a cold, rainy Halloween this year. We all dressed up! We had Iron Man, a Norwegian Elkhound, a Ninja Turtle and a Scotch on the Rocks! After trick or treating we went over to the neighbors house for a party. 

Party Time!

I am a room mom for Ben's class this year, so I am helping with the parties and such. The Halloween party was fun. The kids read a story, had a snack, did a little dance, sang some songs. I would also like to point out that there were 7 girls in class that day. 5 were Elsa. I referred to the class as Elsa's and the superheros. 

A Halloween Parade

The Saint Rose Halloween parade - A Halloween parade of a few super heros admist ALL the Elsa's. Really it was more like a Snow Queen parade where they invited a few others to mix it up a bit. And a Norwegian Elkhound. It's shocking, but he was the only one.

There Is A Dragon Passed Out In My Living Room!

Grandma sent up a dragon costume before Halloween. It was intended for Nick, but Ben liked it. One night he was running around with the top on and sat down to watch a show. Before I knew it, he was out cold on the floor! Luckily the outfit velcos in the front so we could get it off easily when we carried him up to bed. Otherwise, he would have roasted to death in his sleep!

A Fireplace?? At Side Cut

While at Side Cut the boys found what looked like old fireplaces. I'm not really sure what exactly they are. They had fun shoving leaves down the chimney again and again!

The Last Nice Day of the Year

The last nice day of the year :(  There may have been one more decent day, but then BAM! Winter. We spent the last nice day at Side Cut (along with everyone who couldn't find a parking spot at Wildwood I'm guessing). The boys had fun running around the locks and finding sticks. They both had to bring their tea. They are very into tea these days. Caffeine free, of course.

Ah, the annual fail at a good family picture. Oh well, I got some funny ones out of it, which are more true to life anyways. 

St. Rose Truck or Treat

St Rose had a Truck or Treat this year so we all got dressed up and headed over! The boys have not been to at TnT before, so they didn't quite get it a first. Then they buzzed through the parking lot and I barely got any pictures or got to look at the trunk decorations. Ben met up with his buddies and together they assessed their loot.
