A Fall Bike Ride Through Oak Openings

We headed out to Oak Openings on a beautiful fall afternoon. Ben rode his bike while Nick rode in the trailer. We did about 3 miles then walked back to the lake and walked around the lake. One our ride we saw a few deer in the woods and took in the pretty fall colors!

A Day Date (A Very Cold One!)

Adam and I took a day to ourselves and hit up Cedar Point for Halloweekends while the boys hung out with Grandma and Dzaidzau. It was cold. And very windy. Half the rides were closed due to high winds and I was coming down with a cold, but it was still nice to get away for a little bit.

Monkey Time at the Park

Nick has some mad balance skills. Probably doesn't hurt that his feet are as wide, if not wider, than the beam.

Getting Better At This Soccer Thing

As the season carried on, Ben started to get better at soccer. He is definitely better at offense than defense!

Doughnuts with Dad (and Grandpa)

While Grandma and Grandpa were visiting, Ben's school had Doughnuts with dads. In this case we sent Grandpa along too!

Pumpkin Picking In The Fog

The sunflower patch and pumpkin patch were across the lane from the apple trees. After finishing our 4-5 bussels of apples...the boys went on a hunt for pumpkins. It looked like a good job for Aunt Sarah to supervise.
